Globachain is a stablecoin-based cross-border payment platform for businesses worldwide, with a particular focus on the European and African payment corridor. We simplify international trade for exporters by offering faster, cheaper, and fully compliant stablecoin transactions during a time of rapid fintech and institutional adoption.

Scope of Work
We are looking for a Twitter/X specialist to build and execute Globachain's growth strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Growing our Twitter following with targeted B2B decision-makers, fintech professionals, and industry influencers.

• Posting educational, thought leadership, product update, and customer success content based on our growth strategy.

• Managing a regular posting cadence (5–6 times per week) across text, thread, visual, and poll formats.

• Hosting or facilitating Twitter Spaces around stablecoins, cross-border payments, and fintech topics, with a focus on Europe-Africa trade.

• Engaging actively with relevant communities, influencers, and regulatory conversations to boost visibility.

• Monitoring mentions, relevant trends, and reacting quickly to news and regulatory updates.

Compensation
$300 per month, paid at the end of each month upon delivering consistent, quality output and engagement as per expectations.
Bonus: An additional $50 will be awarded if the account achieves a 40% month-over-month (MoM) follower growth.

Eligibility Requirements

• Prior experience growing B2B or fintech-related Twitter accounts is essential.

• Strong technical writing skills, capable of explaining complex fintech, stablecoin, and cross-border payment topics clearly and engagingly.

• Familiarity with European and African fintech markets is highly preferred.

• Ability to work independently and proactively engage on X/Twitter without constant supervision.
