Make the ultimate Solana producer airdrop list

About the Bounty

We’re launching a bounty to create a list of active and verified wallet addresses that represent anyone who is working in the Solana ecosystem. The goal is for this to become a public good which protocols & projects can use to incentivise and attract top talent (developers, designers, marketeers, etc) to work with them. 

You need to arrive at & defend your methodology for collecting addresses. e.g. NFTs & tokens held, program interactions, etc. We don’t think there’s a single answer to this question. The idea isn’t to find the perfect approach, but aggregate across as many different & complementary approaches. 

Your submission should include, 

1. A public blog post explaining your methodology, listing out the criteria used to collect addresses, the reasoning for selecting some criteria over others, the tools used to query and collect these addresses, how you will deduplicate & verify the addresses, and plans for keeping the list updated and accurate etc. 

2. A public spreadsheet with the actual addresses segregated by role (dev, designers, community manager, etc) for anyone to download. The first version needs to be freely available but you could choose to productise this and monetize add-on services, custom criteria, updates, etc. 

3. Links to primary research and other off-chain data collection effort. 

A few examples of the criteria for identifying wallets you might consider

1. Any wallets that deployed a program to devnet or testnet 

2. Anyone who received a payout from Superteam earn, DeanslistDAO, etc

3. Accounts that manage a Squads multi-sig, realms proposals, etc

4. Accounts that interacted with specific programs 

These are just suggestions, neither prescriptive nor exhaustive. 

Bonus Challenge

This section is nice to have but not a mandatory part of your submission. However, if multiple submissions are tied we may use this to decide. 

It is important to attach an identity (Github + TG/Twitter/Discord/Email) to each wallet (pseudonyms ok) and ensure each person is only counted once. This can be done via a combination of some primary data collection (survey) or creating a small claim game as a honeypot to get potential contributors to verify their address. 

If you complete this section then against each row that represents a wallet address you should include 

1. At least one active social address where the person is reachable (discord, telegram, twitter, etc)

2.  A link to their proof of work (Github, portfolio, etc)

Evaluation criteria

Overall

1. How comprehensive & well thought out was your selection criteria and final set of wallet addresses.

2. Did explain your methodology & criteria in sufficient detail.

3. Did you include the actual wallet addresses, organised by skill type.

4. If all else is equal - did you complete the bonus challenge and obtain social verification of addresses.

Housekeeping

• Did you write your essay in English?

• Did you submit it before the deadline? Note: there will be no deadline extensions.

• Did you include links to your sources under the title “References”? If you have used external sources and no references are included, your bounty could be rejected on grounds of plagiarism.

• Kindly test your submission for plagiarism. If the submission contains more than 15% plagiarised content, your submission will be rejected. Regular offenders can also be disqualified from participating in the bounty program going forward.
