Developers in this track are encouraged to experiment with AI-driven automation and intelligent agent economies.Key areas of innovation include:<ul class="list-node"><li>Agent aggregators that facilitate AI-powered coordination.</li><li>AI tooling designed to improve model deployment and functionality onchain.</li><li>Initial Agent Offerings (IAOs) as new funding models for AI-powered applications.</li><li>AI-driven DeFi and gaming solutions, such as predictive trading models and dynamic game economies.</li></ul>This track is ideal for teams building autonomous agents, predictive models, or AI-powered financial tools that enhance blockchain-based applications.<h3 class="heading-node">Prizes</h3><ul class="list-node"><li>1st Place – $80,000</li><li>2nd Place – $50,000</li><li>3rd Place – $20,000</li></ul>And a Grand Champion Prize of $400,000 for the best overall projects across all tracks.&nbsp;All prizes will be distributed as follows:<ul class="list-node"><li>50% in stablecoins</li><li>10% in unlocked $SONIC</li><li>40% in $SONIC with a 12-month vesting schedule</li></ul><h3 class="heading-node">Timeline&nbsp;</h3>Feb 17th to Mar 10th: Builder registration and Project creation&nbsp;Mar 10th to Mar 17th: Project Submission&nbsp;Mar 18th to Mar 31st: Review and Evaluation&nbsp;Apr 2nd: Winner Announcement<h3 class="heading-node">Eligibility Criteria</h3><ul class="list-node"><li>Open to individuals and teams worldwide.</li><li>Submissions must be built on or integrated on Sonic.</li><li>Projects must be original.</li></ul><h3 class="heading-node">Submission Requirements</h3><ul class="list-node"><li>A working prototype link or MVP.</li><li>A demo video (max 5 minutes) showcasing functionality.</li><li>Open source projects are encouraged but not mandatory. If your GitHub repo is private, then you need to share access with <a class="link" href="mailto:hackathon@sonic.game">hackathon@sonic.game</a> for your submission to be valid.</li><li>You can submit even if you did not register for this hackathon.&nbsp;<ul class="list-node"><li>However, the Sonic team highly recommends all participants to register before submitting their projects, as the team will verify the submissions against the registered Twitter/X account.</li></ul></li><li>Deploying on mainnet isn’t required. How well does the product work?</li><li>Potential Impact: How big is the total addressable market for this project? What will be the impact of this project on Sonic and also the broader Solana ecosystem?</li><li>Novelty: How unique is this project's idea? What’s the differentiation of this project compared to similar ones?</li><li>User Experience: How well does this project utilize Sonic's performance to create a great experience for end users?</li><li>Business Plan: Is there a solid business to be built on top of this project? How convincing is the business/monetization model of the project?</li><li>Deploying on mainnet isn’t required.
