<h2 class="heading-node">Kelsier Ventures Blacklist</h2>Meteora is offering a bounty to the community to grow a public blacklist of Solana wallet addresses associated with Kelsier Ventures.The repository containing the blacklist can be found <a class="link" href="https://github.com/MeteoraAg/ops" target="">here</a>.<h2 class="heading-node">How to Submit:</h2>If you have a cluster of wallets you believe should be blacklisted, you can create a new issue and select the provided template "Issue Template: Kelsier Ventures".Your submission should include:<ol class="list-node"><li>Associated Wallet Addresses – Provide a list of addresses that you believe to be associated with Kelsier Ventures.</li><li>Reasoning – Describe how the submitted addresses are associated to Kelsier Ventures.</li><li>Methodology - Explain the method used to discover the addresses and provide details like transaction hashes, screenshots and relevant links that can help with verification.</li></ol>The team or our partners will help to verify your submission and may ask for additional information to assist with verification.<h2 class="heading-node">Guidelines:</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>Excluded Addresses: Wallet addresses should not overlap with the <a class="link" href="https://github.com/MeteoraAg/ops/blob/main/kelsier_addresses.csv" target="">initial list</a> in the repository, or on any public list (e.g. reports published by <a class="link" href="https://info.arkm.com/announcements/1000-kelsier-ventures-addresses-now-on-arkham" target="">Arkham Intelligence</a>).</li><li>Minimum Address: Reports must contain at least 20 addresses with clear methodology.</li><li>Submission Review: Bounties will be awarded to the first eligible report for a given cluster of addresses.</li><li>Disqualifications: Reports including a high number of addresses already published, or reports lacking sufficient reasoning and/or methodology will not quality.</li><li>Final Discretion: Eligibility of a submission and the extent of reward is at the discretion of Meteora / our partners and our best efforts to review all submissions.</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Prize Details:</h2>The total prize for this bounty is 3,850 USDC, and it will pay the following places:<ul class="list-node"><li>1st — 1,500 USDC</li><li>2nd — 1,000 USDC</li><li>3rd — 500 USDC</li><li>4th — 250 USDC</li><li>5th — 100 USDC</li><li>6th to 15th — 50 USDC</li></ul>
