Kelsier Ventures Blacklist

Meteora is offering a bounty to the community to grow a public blacklist of Solana wallet addresses associated with Kelsier Ventures.

How to Submit:

If you have a cluster of wallets you believe should be blacklisted, you can create a new issue and select the provided template "Issue Template: Kelsier Ventures".

Your submission should include:

1. Associated Wallet Addresses – Provide a list of addresses that you believe to be associated with Kelsier Ventures.

2. Reasoning – Describe how the submitted addresses are associated to Kelsier Ventures.

3. Methodology - Explain the method used to discover the addresses and provide details like transaction hashes, screenshots and relevant links that can help with verification.

The team or our partners will help to verify your submission and may ask for additional information to assist with verification.

Guidelines:

• Excluded Addresses: Wallet addresses should not overlap with the initial list in the repository, or on any public list (e.g. reports published by Arkham Intelligence).

• Minimum Address: Reports must contain at least 20 addresses with clear methodology.

• Submission Review: Bounties will be awarded to the first eligible report for a given cluster of addresses.

• Disqualifications: Reports including a high number of addresses already published, or reports lacking sufficient reasoning and/or methodology will not quality.

• Final Discretion: Eligibility of a submission and the extent of reward is at the discretion of Meteora / our partners and our best efforts to review all submissions.

Prize Details:

The total prize for this bounty is 3,850 USDC, and it will pay the following places:

• 1st — 1,500 USDC

• 2nd — 1,000 USDC

• 3rd — 500 USDC

• 4th — 250 USDC

• 5th — 100 USDC

• 6th to 15th — 50 USDC
