Fanplay are the winners of Solana Superteam UK’s Demo Day, and finalists in Colosseum’s global competition, known for the TikTok viral hit Hamster Racing League and soon to be launching WTF Leagues including Marble Racing, BeyBlades, Treadmill Racing alongside a meme and utility token and lots of other exciting products and features coming this year.

Bongo is a memecoin based on the legacy brand Ask Bongo which once had tens of millions of customers world wide and is still a widely recognised brand for Gen Y.

There are common stakeholders on both projects, and a shared IRL production team in London which are the team behind TrollStation and Julius Dien, with direct links to some of the largest content creators online and close affiliation with TikTok. We are in the process of building a small studio in London to run the IRL (and work) from. 

Role Overview: 

Community Management:

Build, nurture, and engage with an active online crypto community across platforms (e.g., Telegram, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram).

Moderate community discussions, ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Manage external moderators.

Foster relationships with key community members, KOL's, and thought leaders in the crypto space.

Host community events, AMAs, Spaces, and other sessions to maintain excitement and transparency. Have a solid network of partner communities to co-market with.

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies to amplify brand presence on platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok.

Work seamlessly with the expert production team on conceptualising IRL content and PR stunts 

Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts that resonate with the crypto community.

Monitor trends, memes, and cultural moments in the crypto space to craft viral, engaging content.

Respond to user inquiries and comments promptly, maintaining a consistent brand voice.

User Acquisition & Token Value:

Design and execute campaigns to attract new users/buyers and retain existing ones, leveraging giveaways, partnerships, and viral marketing campaigns/PR 

Total alignment from marketing/community efforts to driving token value and price. 

Nurture and build the "diamond hands" community; the highest value holders that are there to stay. 

Track and analyze acquisition metrics to measure marketing campaign performance and ROI.

Crypto Expertise:

Deep, degen expertise in the space 

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, Web3 ecosystems, and market movements.

Plus: Basic Solana dev skills 

Plus: Tokenomics skills / ideas that keep people hooked
