We’re a stealth gamified trading platform built on Hyperliquid, creating an engaging Web3 experience for traders. As we gear up for launch, our focus is on building a vibrant and supportive community from the ground up.

We’re seeking a Community Manager to lead this effort—serving as the key link between our dev team and early users to foster a welcoming, active environment.

Ongoing compensation: Starting at $400USD / month

Project Overview & Responsibilities

The selected Community Manager will be responsible for establishing, growing, and nurturing our community channels. You will set the tone for all community interactions and play a key role in our pre-launch strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Set up, configure, and manage our official Discord and Telegram channels, ensuring they are well-organized and secure.

• Engage with community members daily by answering questions, sparking conversations, and providing enthusiastic support.

• Collaborate with the development team to coordinate a 4-week product testing program for our waitlisted users.

• Work with the marketing lead to design and implement engagement mechanics like points systems and community badges.

• Develop and execute creative strategies for community growth, retention, and long-term health.

Required Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in Web3 community management and a genuine passion for decentralized ecosystems.

• Demonstrable experience managing and growing communities for Web3 or crypto-native projects.

• Strong familiarity with community platforms like Discord and Telegram, including moderation and engagement tools.

• Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently.

• Experience with Superteam or similar DAO/community-driven initiatives is a significant plus.

• Ability to work during US hours if required for team collaboration and community events.
