Objective

Superteam Vietnam relies on human effort to manage its communication channels like Telegram and Twitter. We are looking for an AI-driven solution to assist in creating, managing, and iterating content while streamlining responses to community inquiries.

This bounty seeks to develop an MVP solution that will be the foundation for a comprehensive AI system, helping our team operate more efficiently and effectively. The winner has a high chance to be awarded a contract to build the full solution.

What We’re Looking For

1. Telegram Knowledge Portal Bot

• A Telegram bot that acts as a knowledge base for Superteam Vietnam.

• Key Features:

• Admin UI: Upload documents to train the bot.

• Accurate responses: Must avoid hallucinations and confidently say “NO” if it cannot find the right answer.

• Recommended solution: Use RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Refer to this YouTube Video for inspiration.

2. Superteam Member Finder

• The AI should use a JSON database of Superteam members to match community needs.

• Example Query: “I want to find a RUST developer to build a DEFI project with Twitter integration.”

• The bot should suggest the most relevant member(s) and explain why.

• Say “NO” if no relevant match is found.

3. Twitter Management Assistant

• The AI should integrate with Superteam Vietnam’s Twitter account to:

• Propose tweets for human approval.

• Help human admins iterate on tweet drafts by:

• Suggesting keywords and correcting Twitter handles (from the list of Superteam VN’s followed accounts).

• Finalizing and publishing tweets to the Superteam account.

4. Content Advisor for Telegram and Twitter

• The AI should assist in creating and iterating content for both Twitter and Telegram group chats.

• Enable collaborative conversations with human admins to refine messages for posting.

5. Local LLM Deployment

• The solution must run with local LLM models to ensure data privacy, given the sensitive nature of the content.

Submission Guidelines

1. Propose an MVP and Technical Solution:

• Describe the architecture and technologies you’ll use to build the solution.

• Outline the key features and functionality.

• Address how your solution ensures accuracy, privacy, and ease of use.

2. Deadline:

• Submit your MVP and proposal by 23:59, 27 January 2025.

Evaluation Criteria

1. Feasibility:

• Does the proposed solution address all the key requirements?

• How practical is it to scale the MVP into a full-featured program?

2. Innovation:

• Does the solution leverage AI in a novel way to enhance productivity and user experience?

3. Usability:

• Is the solution intuitive and user-friendly for Superteam admins?

4. Privacy:

• Does the solution ensure sensitive information is protected using local LLM deployment?
