<h2 class="heading-node">About The Project&nbsp;</h2>Matariki Labs is supporting the launch of a major new DeFi player on Solana. The project — which has been in stealth to date — is already supporting &gt;$100m of TVL in the Solana ecosystem, and will be launching later in Q2 2025.We want Superteam’s top design talent to participate in developing the brand and visual identity behind this soon-to-be major Solana DeFi player.The format of this bounty is as follows:<ul class="list-node"><li>Phase 1: Applicants are invited to share their portfolios, past work and a little about their skillset and experience.</li><li>At least 3 candidates will be selected and invited to submit an ideation pitch — which will require some brand ideation, mood boarding and one or more proposed directions. These selected candidates will each be awarded $150 each for producing a submission.</li><li>The winning proposal will be selected based on these initial briefs, and will be awarded the broader project worth $2,000, which should be delivered within 2-3 weeks.</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Timeline</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>11 April 2025 - Phase 1 Submissions open (Bios, portfolios)</li><li>16 April 2025 - Candidates selected to participate in Phase 2 (Ideation Pitch)</li><li>22 April 2025 - Phase 2: Submission closes for ideation pitch; prizes awarded to submitters:</li><li>23 April 2025 - Winner selected</li><li>24 April 2025 - Phase 3: Delivery of project</li><li>On completion - Prize awarded to winner of project</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">What should I submit?</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>Who you are and a little about yourself</li><li>Links to a portfolio site, Behance or Dribbbl or similar</li><li>Tell us about your other skills (alongside brand and identity)</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Scope for Ideation Pitch (if selected)</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>We’ll share a design brief and additional information on the project.</li><li>Prepare one or more “sketches” or early drafts</li><li>Feel free to go as far as you</li><li>We’re not expecting finished products — enough to communicate concepts, ideas and show the potential for what could be delivered.</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Scope of complete project (if selected)</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>The overall winner will be asked to refine the chosen concept into a visual identity</li><li>Produce a core logo (with appropriate variants for different mediums)</li><li>Develop a visual identity, with some guidelines</li><li>Provide a brand kit - to include various file formats, social templates, etc.</li><li>The project is expected to be completed within 2-3 weeks and will be required to expect a professional, high quality set of deliverables.</li></ul>
