<p>Superteam Earn is looking to hire a product ops lead on a contractual basis. This will initially be a 3-month role, with the potential to become a longer-term contract.</p><h3>Scope of work</h3><ul><li><p>Conduct Product research</p></li><li><p>Help draft listings (could use help from our custom GPT bot)</p></li><li><p>Review submissions and shortlist winners for certain sponsors</p></li><li><p>Help with conducting product quality checks</p></li><li><p>Other day-to-day ops, etc.</p></li></ul><h3>Ideal Candidate</h3><p>You will be a good fit if you are:</p><ul><li><p>young (18 to 24 yo; this is not a requirement ofc)</p></li><li><p>interested in helping build great products</p></li><li><p>can handle quick turnarounds and join regular team calls (majority of the Earn team is based out of India)</p></li><li><p>take high ownership of your responsibilities</p></li><li><p>can take a joke every now and then</p></li></ul><h3>Payment Terms</h3><ul><li><p>The prize range mentioned here is for the entire duration of the Project (3 months) </p></li><li><p>Payments will be made on a monthly basis —&nbsp;to be paid at the beginning of each month for the previous month's work.</p></li></ul>
