Okto is a web3 super app that provides a self-custodial MPC-based mobile wallet for your crypto holdings. With unique features like cross-chain swap, in-app bridge, gas station network, multi-chain experience, Okto is acting as a gateway to DeFi. Additionally, Okto has built the world's first web3 embedded wallet providing wallet-as-a-service allowing web2 and web3 developer to not worry about building their own wallets.

Okto is built by the CoinDCX team, India's biggest crypto exchange which is trusted by 16Mn users and backed by Coinbase, Polychain capital, Bain Capital etc.

With ~200k users already, Okto is looking for a Growth Manager as it enters its 1 to 10 journey. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Acquisition: Own the end-to-end execution of acquisition campaigns from web3 traffic sources

• Activation: Lead users to the next optimal action to ensure product activation, driving actions such as deposits, add liquidity in an earning protocol, minting NFTs, etc

• Referral: Execute Okto's referral campaign built across multiple sub-products

You'll be a good fit if you:

• Have a proven track record in web3 growth roles including experience using growth tools like MoEngage, Mixpanel etc.

• Understand crypto landscape, with an inclination towards DeFi

• Are data driven and enjoy cross-team collaboration

Logistics:

• We are looking to hire immediately

• This is initially a two-month contract with compensation of around $1,500 USDC per month. There is potential for a full-time conversion based on performance
