Okto is built by the CoinDCX team, India's biggest crypto exchange which is trusted by 16Mn users and backed by Coinbase, Polychain capital, Bain Capital etc.With ~200k users already, Okto is looking for a Growth Manager as it enters its 1 to 10 journey. In this role, you will be responsible for:<ul><li>Acquisition: Own the end-to-end execution of acquisition campaigns from web3 traffic sources</li><li>Activation: Lead users to the next optimal action to ensure product activation, driving actions such as deposits, add liquidity in an earning protocol, minting NFTs, etc</li><li>Referral: Execute Okto's referral campaign built across multiple sub-products</li></ul><h4>You'll be a good fit if you:</h4><ul><li>Have a proven track record in web3 growth roles including experience using growth tools like MoEngage, Mixpanel etc.</li><li>Understand crypto landscape, with an inclination towards DeFi</li><li>Are data driven and enjoy cross-team collaboration</li></ul><h4>Logistics:</h4><ul><li>We are looking to hire immediately</li><li>This is initially a two-month contract with compensation of around $1,500 USDC per month.
