The Dabba Network is a Decentralised Physical Infrastructure Network that is building high speed wireless networks from the ground up in India. We enable humans & machines with internet connectivity at a price that they can afford.

Internet and WiFi are critical to every human. Dabba is building the software, hardware & operating solutions to make internet access ubiquitous & affordable. We believe every household should come with internet, networking, and WiFi; just like water, gas, and electricity, the internet is a fundamental utility.

Unlike traditional internet solutions, Dabba's approach is vertically-integrated across engineering and operations. We design and manufacture our own hardware, develop the entire software stack, and manage our users’ network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.

• Develop a design charter that encompasses our brand guidelines, including color palettes, typography, and imagery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media content, and website visuals.

• Translate complex concepts and messages into visually appealing and easily understandable graphics or illustrations.

• Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our visual communication strategy.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their design requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet their objectives.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar applications.

• Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and branding.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, techniques, and industry standards.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards finding innovative design solutions.

• A sense of humor and a knack for meme culture.
