<h3>Full-time Community Moderator Discord / Telegram</h3><h5>Location: Remote Employment type: Full-time</h5><h5>Chain Crisis is a Cyberpunk MMORPG on the Solana blockchain and is currently seeking a Community Manager to join their team. In this role, you will manage and grow our online community. You will be the primary contact for the marketing team, addressing inquiries and providing support to the community and our Discord moderators. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and advocate for community needs.</h5><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Monitor and moderate conversations and activities on our Discord server, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and policies.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Respond promptly to user inquiries, concerns, and reports, providing assistance and addressing issues as needed.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Enforce community guidelines by warning, muting, kicking, or banning users who violate the rules, in accordance with established procedures.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Collaborate with other moderators and community managers to develop and refine community guidelines and policies.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere by actively engaging with community members and encouraging positive interactions.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Assist in organizing and moderating events, such as Q&amp;A sessions, game nights, or community challenges.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Stay up-to-date with the latest community trends, issues, and concerns, and provide feedback and suggestions to improve the community experience.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Collaborate with the community management team to identify and address potential risks, conflicts, or opportunities for community growth.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and provide regular reports on community activity and issues.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Continuously strive to improve the community experience by suggesting and implementing innovative ideas and best practices.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Handle tickets submitted by community members through Discord or other designated channels, and work diligently to resolve their issues in a timely manner.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Provide excellent customer service by addressing user concerns, answering questions, and providing guidance or assistance as needed.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Escalate complex or sensitive issues to higher-level moderators or the community management team, when appropriate.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Maintain accurate documentation of ticket resolutions and follow-up with users to ensure their satisfaction.</li></ul><h4>Requirements:</h4><ul><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Preferred, but not required, experience or appreciation for gaming and familiarity with gaming communities.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Familiarity with Web 3 projects and the ability to monitor and engage in relevant online communities.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Strong understanding of online community dynamics and moderation principles.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Familiarity with Discord and its moderation tools.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Knowledge of community management best practices and industry trends.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Availability to moderate during peak activity times, including evenings and weekends.</li></ul><h3>The salary is commensurate with experience.</h3>The responsibilities and requirements listed above may be adjusted or modified based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and the evolving needs of the project.
