<h1>Requirements</h1><ul><li><p>Tool for tracking the historical EUROe balances across wallets. Preferably a python script, other formats can be discussed as well.</p></li><li><p>Wallets are provided in JSON format as defined in the attached example file.</p></li><li><p>Balance is tracked for a period defined in the JSON file. The period is always a full month given in the format “YYYY-MM”.</p></li><li><p>The script should get the balance of each of the wallets listed at or around noon UCT for each day in the period. These balances should then be divided by the number of days in the period to come to the average value of a given wallet.</p></li><li><p>These average monthly values should be summed to return a single monthly average balance across all the wallets.</p></li><li><p>The tool needs to work only for Solana addresses. Support is not required for other blockchains.</p></li><li><p>Third party services may be used to access the required data. Please check with us whether the third-party service you are considering is acceptable prior to starting work.</p></li><li><p>The tool must return the following output:</p><ul><li><p>File containing the a) average monthly balance of each of the listed addresses, and b) the total average monthly balance</p></li></ul></li></ul><h2>Example JSON file</h2><pre><code>{
