You've probably been rugged if you've been in crypto long enough. Losing hard-earned money, tokens, or valuable digital assets in the blink of an eye hurts. It happened to us. Solana deserves better. FutureDAO is doing something about it. We’re on a mission to help others and right wrongs. We specialise in recovering and revitalising blockchain projects that have abruptly ended. We get the projects back on their feet and running again. We focus on salvaging value from failed protocols by enabling community takeovers and providing fresh governance strategies. 
Our goal is to become an important cornerstone of the Solana ecosystem, where people turn to first in times of need, fostering sustainable project ecosystems and offering stakeholders renewed opportunities for growth and stability.

Job Description:

Position: Developer Product Manager
Location: Remote
Type: Part-time
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

As a Dev Product Manager for FutureDAO, you will be responsible for managing our Future Protocol builds, meaning reviewing code, working with builders and keeping the core contributors informed. This role requires a builder that has a reputation in Solana; social verification is an absolute must. If you are hungry and want to prove yourself, this is the place for you.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:

  • Supervise the development team.

  • Ensure safe & timely project delivery.

  • Update the FutureDAO team on milestones.

• Code Review:

  • Review and maintain code quality.

  • Implement testing and version control best practices.

• Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical guidance.

  • Make architectural decisions.

  • Align technical solutions with business goals.

• Communication:

  • Maintain clear communication within the team.

  • Document technical processes.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Rust and Anchor.

  • Experience with Web3 and smart contracts.

  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React.js/Vue.js) is a plus.

• Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing development teams.

  • Hands-on experience in building dApps.

  • Up-to-date Gitbook experience.

• Communication:

  • Strong verbal and written skills.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Must have:

  • Social verification via Twitter persona.

  • 30-day Probation Period
