JusTX is an AI-powered Crypto Superapp. It allows users to transact across the Solana blockchain and beyond with a ChatGPT-like interface. JusTX serves as an orchestration layer for on-chain agents that enable users to access a broad range of on-chain products through a simplified interface. We are recipients of an instagrant from Superteam UAE and were also winners in the Superteam UAE local track for the Radar hackathon!We are looking out for a talented, driven and highly motivated community and growth manager to join our team. A high level scope of the role and responsibilities:<ul class="list-node"><li>Plan, design, and implement a growth and marketing strategy for JusTX </li><li>Create a highly engaged and active community of supporters and early adopters for our upcoming beta release</li><li>Create engaging, fun and informative content for JusTX’s socials</li><li>Create a thriving community of supporters on discord and telegram</li><li>Create an outreach plan for collaboration with projects in the ecosystem</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Evaluation Criteria</h2>You’d be a good fit if you fulfil the following criteria:&nbsp;<ul class="list-node"><li>Highly active on CT, with a good following and actively involved in discourse on the latest developments in the space</li><li>Proficient at using on-chain protocols and dApps, with a fair understanding of what products do and how they can be used</li><li>Good with writing, communication and content creation</li><li>Excellent with memes</li><li>Blend right in with the degens of CT</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Bonus Criteria</h2>You’d most certainly be at the top of our list if you:<ul class="list-node"><li>Are able to create short-form content on your own to promote JusTX</li><li>Have past experience in similar roles in Crypto</li><li>Degen in the trenches</li><li>Knowledgeable about AI and have used a lot of the existing AI products in crypto</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">The Onboarding Process</h2>If chosen, you will initially join the team on project basis for a fixed duration, allowing both us and you to evaluate if this is a good fit.
