In just 2 years, Crossmint has built the leading platform for enterprises to integrate blockchain into their businesses, powering over 30,000 companies and developers like Mastercard, Microsoft, Etihad Airways, Nissan, Shiseido, Red Bull, Adidas, Asus, AC Milan, Phantom, Rarible, Refik Anadol, and Snoop Dogg.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for folks with extreme ownership, competence and integrity. Our team includes math olympiad winners, martial arts national champions, Guinness world record holders, musicians, and more. Diverse applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Your role is to lead the go-to-market of Crossmint in Japan and, potentially, in South Korea and other Asian countries. More concretely:

  • Lead Crossmint’s growth strategy for Japan and other Asian regions.

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities with enterprise customers (top priority), and start-ups.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with enterprise clients and partners.

  • Understand the specific needs of enterprise clients and propose solutions that meet those needs.

  • Execute enterprise sales end-to-end, including negotiating contracts and closing agreements.

  • Execute growth-hacks and local marketing campaigns to drive regional brand awareness.

  • Be a domain expert: know the market, regulations, competitors, and clients.

  • Be Crossmint’s representative in the region. Understand the product in detail and work with other departments (engineering, product, marketing…) to achieve your sales goals and translate regional feedback.

Preferred Experience

We highly value candidates with the following experiences:

  • Past experience as a founder

  • Past experience working on developer products or infrastructure

  • Past experience working in blockchain, crypto, and NFTs

  • Past experience doing enterprise sales
