Okto is built by the CoinDCX team, India's biggest crypto exchange which is trusted by 16Mn users and backed by Coinbase, Polychain capital, Bain Capital etc. With 200k users already, Okto is looking for a Marketing Manager as it enters its 1 to 10 journey. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving user adoption, establishing our wallet as a leader in the Web3 space, and shaping the narrative of our brand.<h4>What you'll do:</h4><ul><li>Be a part of the team building an industry deﬁning global web3 platform/chain - world’s first Orchestration Chain</li><li>Help refine and execute expansion strategy for in-house product suite</li><li>Build and maintain a pipeline of partners in key target sectors like Gaming, GameFi, SocialFi</li><li>Build and manage relationships and partnerships with existing partners that use Okto’s products and are part of the ecosystem</li><li>Have an extensive network of relationships with key business partners in Blockchain, DeFi, and Gaming ecosystems.&nbsp;</li><li>Have presence and a network in high growth geographies for target sectors</li><li>Execute and own GTM amongst ecosystem customers/community through direct channels and through co-marketing deals with relevant industry players while getting exclusive access to communities</li><li>Drive customer/community engagement and adoption</li><li>Adapt and innovate approach to achieve partner success</li></ul>What you'll bring:<ul><li>Love for VDA and Web 3.0</li><li>2-6 years of overall BD/Sales experience, including 1 to 2 yrs of Crypto Industry experience.</li><li>Experience with Gaming and GameFi projects is a plus.</li><li>Sound knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem across protocols/chains and use-cases.</li><li>Ability to understand emerging industry trends and inﬂuence ecosystem growth.</li><li>Established track record achieving quantitative targets and building business relationships.
