This means the following criteria will be considered: product functionality, potential impact, novelty, UX, whether or not open-sourced, and business plan.</span></p><h1>Submission Requirements</h1><p>1. You must register for the hackathon on the <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.colosseum.org/radar"><u>Radar platform</u></a> and mark “<strong>United Arab Emirates</strong>” as your country in it.</p><p>2. You must submit to the Radar hackathon and mark <strong>"United Arab Emirates" </strong>as your country</p><p>3.
