Solayer Intro 

Solayer defines restaking on Solana. Restaking unlocks novel possibilities for blockchains, and Solayer is built from the ground up to be the best native restaking platform for Solana, in a way that makes sense for Solana.

In addition to decentralizing Solana through native staking, stakers can use their SOL to secure network bandwidth and transaction throughput for Solana integrated systems and applications (we term this “endogenous AVS”). 

Solayer leverages core Solana innovations like Stake-weighted Quality of Service (swQoS) to create a decentralized marketplace for transaction throughput, where staked assets meet the demand for blockspace

Solayer invites enthusiastic developers to build applications using the AVS mentioned above.

Potential Ideas for the Track 

1. Leveraged LRT

Create a system where users can mint Liquid Re-staking Tokens (LRTs) from their staked assets, allowing them to borrow against these tokens while still earning staking rewards. This setup leverages the value of staked assets, providing liquidity and flexibility in the DeFi space. 

2. Auto-delegation Rebalancing

Develop an automated tool that optimizes delegation across multiple validators based on user-defined preferences such as yield. 

3. No-Code EndoAVS Creator

Design a no-code platform enabling users to create custom Endogenous Actively Validated Services (AVS) using a drag-and-drop interface. 

4. Restaking Blinks Widget

Build a lightweight, embeddable widget that allows users to restake their assets quickly and easily on any website.

• Technical Excellence: Ensure your code is clean, efficient, and follows best practices, showing a robust and technically sound solution.

• Scalability and Impact: Highlight the potential for your solution to scale across the Solana ecosystem and other blockchains, aiming for wide adoption and significant impact.

• User Experience and Accessibility: Focus on creating a user-friendly interface and accessible design that can be easily adopted by a broad audience.

•  Submission Platform: Your submission must be submitted to the designated Solayer track on Colosseum AND to this Superteam Earn listing to be eligible for this side track.

• GitHub Repository: Provide a link to your project's GitHub repository with a well-organized codebase.

• Deployed Application: Provide a link to a functional, deployed application hosted on a reliable platform.

• Detailed README: Ensure your repository includes a comprehensive README.md file covering:

  •  Project Overview and Architecture: Outline the purpose, structure, and key components of your project.

  •  Setup and Installation: Provide step-by-step instructions to get the project up and running locally or on the cloud.
