Try to make the grant money count and come away with a finished comic or manga! </li><li>That being said... IF this were the opening chapter of a multi-issue series - try to treat it as a teaser to the larger tale, but also try to give it a satisfying ending. This way it has the potential to continue for another couple of chapters OR it can stand on it's own and readers are satisfied with the ending. </li><li> Do not submit a pitch for an epic, 500 page tale!
