About the Bounty

Describe the purpose and roles of validators in blockchain. Give a step-by-step explanation of how to select a validator, stake in it, the reasons for staking and why users should do it (or not) and the advantages and disadvantages of staking.

Show us how you’d simplify it for a normie to understand, so even your parents, siblings, or friends could easily understand the concept without previous knowledge.

Evaluation Criteria

• Clarity. Make the complex feel simple without oversimplifying.

• Accessibility. Ensure your explanation is relatable, engaging and understandable for non-crypto natives.

• Originality. Use creative examples or unique approaches to make your explanation stand out.

Winner selection is at the full discretion of the GREED Academy team

Rewards

The top 3 winners will share a prize pool of up to $1500:

🥇 - 500 USDC
🥈 - 300 USDC

🥉 - 200 USDC

All winners can choose to receive their prize as USDC or opt for a 50% bonus by receiving it as locked SOL, staked in the GREED Validator for 60 days. (Example: you can either receive 500USDC or $750 worth of locked $SOL)

Rules

• Normie-friendly language. Keep crypto jargon and complex terms to a minimum. English language only.

• Media flexibility. All media types are welcome (threads, long-forms, articles, videos, presentations, anything), with a maximum of 5 minutes for video or the equivalent reading time.

• Submission requirements. Publish your entry on X (Twitter), include the link if it's external (Medium, Substack, Youtube), tag @GreedAcademy and use the hashtag #GreedEdu.

• Telegram. We will reach the winners through TG after, please include it in your submission on Superteam Earn.

Usage rights. All submissions may be used by GREED Academy for educational purposes and will be archived on the GREED Academy website for anybody to read and access in the future.
