Below is a Twitter essay describing 4 pillars which are crucial to growing the DAO. These are Cohesion, Activation, Reach and Education or C.A.R.E for short.

Is there anything the DAO could benefit from which we currently lack based on these pillars? We're curious to hear your opinions on the matter.

Additionally, use this concept as a starting point to identify actionable items for the DAO, particularly as it pertains to potential grantgroups or workgroups.

Feel free to include items not captured by the C.A.R.E acronym as well.
