<h2 class="heading-node">About the Hackathon</h2>There's growing interest in building on Solana, but many teams tend to focus on similar or mainstream ideas. This limits true bottom-up innovation. To tackle this, Zee Prime and Superteam are launching a Hackathon with those two phases — phase one to source ideas, and phase two to build them into products.In this phase two of the hackathon, developers have to build a unique, fresh and unconventional crypto product. Pick an idea from the shortlisted set of ideas selected in phase one.&nbsp;Shortlisted ideas can be found <a class="link" href="https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1NQus3CmCou45h7zaUSJcFAX-KffgslDB53FecqtUA6A/edit?usp=sharing">here</a><h2 class="heading-node">Scope of Work</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>Pick an idea from the public repository or propose your own.</li><li>Develop a working prototype (hosted site, GitHub repo, or demo video).</li><li>Ensure the project is well-documented and ready for review.</li><li>The prize may be split 20:80 between the idea originator and the builder.</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Rewards</h2>The entire hackathon’s (both phase 1 &amp; 2) rewards are as follows:&nbsp;<ul class="list-node"><li>1st place: 25,000 USDC&nbsp;</li><li>2nd place: 15,000 USDC</li><li>3rd place: 10,000 USDC</li></ul>If your project has been picked from this public repository of ideas, or matches with any of them mentioned in there, then the prize will be split 20:80 between the idea originator and the project builder.&nbsp;Note: In case of any ambiguity, the decision of the judges and organisers of this hackathon will remain final.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<h2 class="heading-node">Submission Requirements</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>Submit a working demo (website link, GitHub repo, or video walkthrough)</li><li>Submit a pitch (use loom with slides)</li><li>Provide a brief project description and relevant documentation.</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Judging &amp; Selection</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>A committee of judges will review all submissions..</li><li>If multiple teams build the same idea, prizes may be split between the best implementations.</li><li>Final decision on winners rests with the organizing team.</li></ul>
