The role will involve assisting the CEO and managing marketing operations, including team coordination, event management, and more. The necessary skills and responsibilities include:

- Assisting the CEO in all tasks and acting as a reliable right-hand person.
- Planning & Executing All Marketing Related
- Planning and managing events, from ideation to execution.
- Handling writing tasks, social media management, and content strategy.
- Driving and managing Web3 funding initiatives and partnerships.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to ensure smooth team operations.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Evaluation Criteria

You’d be a good fit if you fulfill the following criteria:

• Proven experience in project management, event planning, and team coordination.

• Demonstrated ability to write compelling content and manage social media platforms.

• Familiarity with Web3 funding mechanisms and blockchain ecosystems.

• Effective communication and organizational skills.

• A proactive and problem-solving attitude to support the CEO’s vision.

• Preference will be given to candidates who are:

  • Located in Malaysia.

  • Willing to work remotely but able to come to the office in Kuala Lumpur for 4 hours, twice a week.
