We’re commissioning deep research on Web3 M&A activity in 2024–2025, with a primary focus on the Solana ecosystem.

Your task is to:

1. Track and analyze major M&A deals in Web3 across 2024–2025.

2. Highlight deals in the Solana ecosystem, including infra, gaming, wallets, and DeFi.

3. Compare Web3 M&A on Solana vs.

   • Other L1s (Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, etc.)

   • Web2 acquisitions (especially in gaming, infra, and fintech)

💡 Strong submissions will:

• Identify trends and motivations behind M&A activity (acquihires, IP, userbase, tech consolidation).

• Include deal size (when public), participants, and strategic rationale.

• Feature charts or tables for visual comparison across ecosystems.

• Offer forward-looking insights: who might be next? What sectors are consolidating?

• Solana news aggregators, Twitter threads, Foundation updates

📤 Submit as:

• A long-form report on one of socail platform, e.g: Facebook, X, Substack, Blog, Medium. etc.

• Bonus points for open-sourcing the data
