Job Description:

We are looking for a Web3 Growth Marketer to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our NFT gaming project. The game is ready for launch, and we need an experienced marketer to build and grow our early user base.

Scope of Work:

• Community Building – Grow and engage our community across Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.

• Social Media Management – Drive awareness and engagement through content and campaigns.

• Paid Ads & Performance Marketing – Run targeted ads for user acquisition.

• Partnerships & Influencer Outreach – Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and projects in the Web3 and Solana ecosystem.

• Content Marketing – Craft engaging narratives and educational content tailored to NFT gaming and betting audiences.

Target Audience:

• Gamblers, crypto traders, and betting enthusiasts.

• Users familiar with prediction markets and NFT-based gaming.

Requirements:

• Experience in Web3 marketing with a focus on Solana-based communities.

• Strong background in community growth, partnerships, and paid user acquisition.

• Previous experience in betting, prediction markets, or NFT gaming is a huge plus.

Compensation & Duration:

• 4-week engagement with a possibility of a long-term/full-time role.

• Weekly payments, to be discussed based on experience and performance.
