SuperteamMY Mega Hackathon is designed to onboard new developers and groom aspiring founders, with the goal of helping them launch and kickstart their web3 journey in the Solana ecosystem.
This hackathon is accompanied by a series of month-long workshops intending to help aspiring builders network and further develop their projects while honing their technical skills in the process. This hackathon is open-topic, open-to-all, with no strict requirements on the project start date as eligibility criteria.
You are encouraged to build under one or more of the following tracks:

Technical Implementation (40%) - please provide a valid GitHub and deployed project link
How well is the project built from a technical standpoint?
Does it function as intended with minimal bugs?
Is it scalable and efficient?
Does it leverage innovative or well-structured solutions?
NOTE: number of partner integrations will not be taken into account. Our judges will be going through each GitHub; in the event of suspicious commits or multiple contributors are present, you may risk disqualification.
Practicality & Impact (30%)
Is this something users would realistically adopt?
Does it bring a meaningful improvement over existing solutions?
How well does it address the problem statement?
Presentation & Clarity (20%)
How well did the team communicate their idea and implementation?
Is the demo polished and effective in showcasing the project?
User Experience (UX) & Design (10%)
Is the interface intuitive and easy to navigate?
Does the project solve a real user pain point effectively?
Is the design aesthetically pleasing and accessible?
How seamless is the onboarding process?
Basic functions like wallet connecting, transaction confirmation/failure displays, web & mobile compatibility will all be taken into account
Each Project Submission will be judged by a panel of judges determined by Administrator in accordance with the following criteria:
(a) Functionality: How well does this Project Submission work? What is the quality of the code
(b) Potential Impact: How big is the total addressable market for this Project Submission? What will be the impact of this Project Submission on the broader Solana ecosystem?
(c) Novelty: How unique is this Project Submission’s concept?
(d) UX: How well does this Project Submission utilize Solana's performance to create great UX for downstream users?
(e) Composability and integration: Is this Project Submission a public good? How well does the Project Submission compose with other primitives in the Solana ecosystem?
(f) Business Plan: Is there a viable business that can be built in the future around this Submission?
Pitch deck (Must have! Just need to add one slide at least on how to incorporate blockchain elements e.g. “pay with crypto”, “earn NFT badges” etc)
Elevator pitch video of explanation of pitch deck (Must have! Just need to do a 3 minute screen recording of you pitching your deck!)
Link to socials for your projects (preferably Twitter)
Link to GitHub repository
Open-sourced and public goods projects that benefit the Solana Ecosystem as a whole are highly encouraged
However, if you prefer to keep your source code private, you can add malaysia@superteam.fun as a collaborator to your GitHub repository with status set to “view”
