Project Overview & Responsibilities

This engagement will begin with a paid one-month trial period, after which it is intended to transition into a recurring monthly contract based on successful performance and mutual agreement. The selected designer will work closely with the team to design new features and improve existing ones.

Work commitments:

• avg. 20-30 hours per week

• participating in two team meetings per week

• developing well-researched and thought-through designs, with multiple options for initial drafts

• collaborating cross-functionally with leads, developers, social media manager, and ops

• coordinating tasks and project progress using Linear

Ideal Candidate

Looking for a methodical and research-oriented product designer. You’d be a good fit if you have:

• previous experience in a high-performing team / product

• methodical and research-oriented approach to design

• high ownership and ability to thrive in a cross-functional role

• proficiency with Figma

• high attention to detail

• crypto experience is good to have, but not at all mandatory

• can join immediately

The two non-negotiables for this role are proficiency with Figma (duh) and a high ownership attitude.

Compensation

Variable. Payments will be in USDC. The trial month payment rate will be the same as the proposed fixed monthly rate, if you get selected.
