目的

• SuperTokyoの盛り上がりの様子を、Superteam JapanのX（Twitter）アカウントを通じて、ほぼリアルタイムで世界に伝える。

業務内容

1. 8月18日渋谷開催の1 Day カンファレンスに来て、会場の雰囲気、人々の会話、登壇者のスピーチ、その他印象的なシーンを写真と動画（5 - 30秒が目安）で複数カット撮影し、Superteam JapanのSNS担当者にシェアする（Superteam Japanによる事前インプットあります）。

2. 8月19日、20日、21日、22日、23日、26日の夕方 - 夜に都内で開催されるサイドイベントに来て、会場の雰囲気、人々の会話、登壇者のスピーチ、その他印象的なシーンを写真と動画（5 - 30秒が目安）で複数カット撮影し、Superteam JapanのSNS担当者にシェアする（Superteam Japanによる事前インプットあります）。

評価基準

• 基本的な撮影能力（スマホによる撮影もあり）

• ミーム文化が好きであること

• 特には真面目に。時には面白おかしく。イベントの印象的なシーンを伝える

• 限られた時間内で作品を形にする能力 

• Adobe Premiereなど編集ソフトで簡単な編集ができる。

• Super Tokyo的に面白いシーンが何かを直感的に判断できる（Superteam Japanによる事前インプットあります）

• イベントは生き物。臨機応変な対応ができる。

• 英語のリスニングができるとなお良し。

報酬

• 3,000 USDC

内訳 

• 1の1 Day カンファレンス 1,000 USDC

Job Description

1. Attend the 1 Day Conference in Shibuya on August 18 and take multiple cuts of photos and videos (5-30 seconds each) capturing the atmosphere of the venue, people's conversations, speakers' speeches, and other impressive scenes, then share them with the SNS manager of Superteam Japan (Superteam Japan will provide prior input).

   • The working hours on August 18 are planned to be from 11:00 to 21:00.

2. Attend side events held in Tokyo in the evenings to nights on August 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 26, and take multiple cuts of photos and videos (around 5-30 seconds each) capturing the atmosphere of the venue, people's conversations, speakers' speeches, and other impressive scenes, then share them with the SNS manager of Superteam Japan (Superteam Japan will provide prior input).
   

   • Details of the side events will be announced later.

   • It is preferable to be able to attend all six side events, but we can discuss the schedule. Please contact us at the inquiry address below.

Evaluation Criteria

• Basic photography skills (smartphone photography is acceptable)

• Understanding the meme culture

• Ability to convey impressive scenes of the event seriously but also humorously at times

• Ability to produce content within limited time

• Ability to perform basic editing using software such as Adobe Premiere

• Intuitive judgment on what scenes would be interesting for Super Tokyo (Superteam Japan will provide prior input)

• Flexible response to the dynamic nature of events

• Good English listening skills are a plus

Compensation 3,000 USD

• Breakdown

  • 1 Day Conference on August 18: 1,000 USDC

  • Six side events: 2,000 USDC
