<h3 class="heading-node">COMPANY OVERVIEW</h3>AIxBlock is an On-Chain Open-Source Platform for Rapid AI Model Development and Productization Using Decentralized Resources with Flexibility and Scalability.&nbsp;AIxBlock is transitioning to an open-source model, aiming to reward contributors for maintaining and expanding the ecosystem. With a token-based incentive program, we seek to foster sustainable growth and innovation in the open-source community. Our project allocates 15% of the total token supply for ecosystem growth, distributed through grants for impactful projects and rewards for open-source contributors.<hr><h3 class="heading-node">SCOPE OF WORK (SOW):</h3>The primary objective is to build a blockchain-based contribution tracking and reward system on Solana, integrated into AIxBlock’s current tech stack. This system will log contributors' efforts on-chain, calculate their points based on contribution type and impact, and allocate tokens proportionally post-TGE. Below is the detailed breakdown:<h4 class="heading-node">1. Objectives:</h4><ul class="list-node"><li>Record Contributions On-Chain: Develop a mechanism to log and track user contributions directly on Solana, enabling transparency and immutability.</li><li>Point-Based Reward System: Implement a system where points are assigned based on predefined contribution categories, as outlined below.</li><li>Monthly Token Distribution: Build smart contracts for proportional token distribution, ensuring fairness and gas optimization.</li><li>Fairness Mechanism: Implement thresholds and reserve mechanisms to manage unclaimed tokens and incentivize future contributions.</li></ul><h4 class="heading-node">2. Example:<ul class="list-node"><li>Monthly Token Pool: 10,000 tokens</li><li>Total Contributor Points: 1,000 points</li><li>Contributor A earns 100 points → Contributor A receives 1001000×10,000\frac{100}{1000} \times 10,000 tokens = 1,000 tokens</li></ul></li><li>Fairness Threshold: If the total points in a month fall below 500, only 50% of the token pool is distributed. The remaining tokens roll into a Community Reserve Fund to incentivize future contributions.
