Social Media Intern for validator.com

Who are we?

validator.com is one of the largest community validators on the Solana network, known for being a trusted node since 2022. Our mission extends beyond technical operations to include education and community support. We offer tutorials, updates on the Solana ecosystem, and resources to help everyone from individuals to institutions and companies navigate the world of crypto and staking.

Scope of Work

As a Social Media Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Actively engaging with followers as our guru and reply guy across social media accounts.

• Creating Memes and graphics that resonate with our audience.

• Understand algorithms to plan and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.

• Analyze metrics to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Oversee and grow accounts on Twitter, Discord, DSCVR, reddit and Medium with unique and engaging content.

• Maintain community engagement, address inquiries, and enhance user satisfaction through daily interactions.

• Work with our research and design team to generate relevant content and guide community initiatives related to the Solana Staking ecosystem.

Requirements

• Proven history of viral and effective content.

• Creative flair for engaging and funny content.

• Strong understanding of Solana and the crypto industry + basic understanding and interest in blockchain technology.

• Proven experience in Solana/Crypto, content creation, general research, and social media.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Fast and reliable internet connection.

• Good computer/laptop.

• Availability of 40+ hours per week, including weekend hours.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate negotiated based on experience.

• Monthly payment in $USDC.
