Vietnam just passed the Draft Law on Digital Technology Industries — officially recognizing crypto and digital assets. The Ministry of Finance is now leading efforts to create digital asset trading centers, while maintaining capital controls.

We don’t need more vague talk about “blockchain potential.” We want concrete ideas.

You task

Superteam Vietnam is inviting builders, researchers, founders, and citizens to contribute your thoughts on how Vietnam should approach blockchain policy over the next 5 years with 5 real blockchain products that Vietnam could launch in the next year using Solana’s stack.

Each idea should incorporate the following be:

• Plausible in Vietnam under the new regulatory framework

• Beneficial to citizens or the economy

• Inspired by real examples from other countries or companies.

Think: tokenized public bonds, on-chain SME financing, tokenized stocks, cross-border remittance rails— but localized and legally viable in Vietnam.

📝 What You Need to Submit

A short essay or policy memo (max 3,000 words) that includes:

1/ Who you are and why your ideas are grounded in reality

2/ Your 5 product ideas, each with

• What it is

• Why it works in Vietnam

• Proof or precedent from elsewhere (who else is doing this)

• A short vision for blockchain policy in Vietnam — what changes or reforms should happen, in what order

3/ Your 3 immediate priorities if you were advising a national blockchain task force

• Vietnam’s capital controls are real. Work with them, not against them

• Solana’s strengths

• Avoid generalities. “Tokenize real estate” isn’t a product. “A regulated platform for tokenized apartment pre-sales for social housing in HCMC” is
