Position: Senior Backend Engineer / Solana Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Engineer / Solana Engineer to join our innovative team. This role is crucial for developing and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our AI Model and Dataset marketplace, with a focus on integrating Solana blockchain technology. If you are passionate about AI and blockchain and are comfortable with compensation through token allocation, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python and Node.js.

• Implement and integrate Solana blockchain technology into our platform.

• Collaborate with front-end developers, AI engineers, and product managers to define and implement new features.

• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of backend services.

• Develop and maintain APIs for our marketplace platform.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in the blockchain and AI sectors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer.

• Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js.

• Extensive experience with Solana blockchain technology.

• Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.

• Experience with database management (SQL and NoSQL).

• Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.

• Knowledge of security best practices in backend development.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other blockchain technologies.

• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.

• Prior experience in a startup environment.

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
