What We Are Looking For

The Sanctum Forecast deck is all about energy, community, and clarity, think of it as festival meets future-forward. Slides should feel alive: bold, colorful, playful, yet clean and purposeful. Use abstract blobs, bursts, sparkles, and soft shapes to add rhythm around a centered layout. Keep text minimal, titles punchy, and embrace whitespace. If a message is long, split it across slides. Use Instrument Sans and ensure everything feels intentional and fresh.

Tone-wise, write like you're hyping your favorite community: casual, sharp, and inclusive. lowercase titles? yes. cheeky lines? welcome. But always stay wholesome and brand-aligned. This isn’t just a slide deck, it’s a celebration the community feels every week.

To apply for this position, create and submit a demo slide deck for Forecast in the form of a Google Drive link (privacy set as “Anyone Can View”) using the provided outline and resources below, if your submission captures the Sanctum vibe, you might just become our go-to weekly designer. Slides must work for both screen sharing and social media. Use the Figma pack with branded elements provided below as your base, but don’t hold back your creative edge.

Top 3 finalist will be awarded with prize money but only the champion will be hired (Compensation will be discussed after successful hire).
