We're building an animated Solana-native meme universe centered around MonkeyJak a half human, half meme character trapped in the cycles of online degen life.

We’re looking for a writer/creative director with strong directorial instincts who can:

• Write short form screenplays (30–60 seconds) in standard format

• Visually direct meme-style edits and micro-expressions (you think in memes)

• Collaborate with an animator to bring fast-paced, emotionally volatile stories to life

🔥 What You’ll Do:

• Turn degen video ideas into great written screenplays with clear direction for animators/editors.

• Add voiceover/dialogue/sounds from other viral clips, screen direction, music/sfx cues, and viral energy

• Write like a creative director (~20 short scripts/month)

• Has a directing eye you know what we see, not just what we say

• Your Assignment:

  Write this as MAXIMUM 1 min short form script in running time that could actually be produced.

  The Scenario:

  It’s 2am at night and MonkeyJak just won big after opening this lootbox, turning $100 into $3,000 while screensharing in Discord voice chat with a friend. His friend says "Alright bro, no more gambling tonight." MonkeyJak responds "No... MORE gambling." He immediately bets again this time on wheel, loses half, then goes all-in with what's left on this lootbox. Before clicking “open for $1499.28, he opens his door and leaves the room, While his friend is still in the discord channel. After it spins he wins the max price (MICHI 10,000)

  
  Format Requirements:

  • Standard screenplay format (or close to it)

  • Include dialogue, action lines, and any visual/audio cues, could also be from other viral clips - (audio)

  • Specify what we see on screen (his face, the gambling site, Discord, etc.)

  • Note any music, sound effects, or editing transitions

  Core Requirements (Must Include):

  • Takes place at 2am

  •  Everything happens over Discord (voice chat + screenshare)

  • Friend(s) are present in the Discord channel

  • The basic progression: win → "no more gambling" → "MORE gambling" → loses half → all-in → leaves room → wins big

  • Ends with "CUTS TO EDIT"

  Creative Freedom Guidelines:
