  3. Make sure you follow all the project submission requirements on the Colosseum platform – see the criteria below.

Steps to submit:

  1. Sign up at earn.superteam.fun and select Ukraine as your region. This bounty is only open to Ukrainian projects.

  2. Your Colosseum submission should also list Ukraine as your country and mention that the Kumeka Team supported you during the hackathon.

  3. Send us the link to your submitted project here.

  4. If you're a student:
    - Mark this in your Colosseum profile.
    - Also, fill out our student form.

Submission Requirements & Judging Criteria

[What we'll be looking at when evaluating your project]

I - Submit your project on the Colosseum platform:

  1. Fill out every field – treat your Colosseum profile like your pitch deck. No empty sections.

  2. Short description – write a clear and concise summary so judges instantly understand your project. No 2-word answers.

  3. Team location – must be Ukraine. Even if a teammate is abroad, if you're Ukrainian and part of the Kumeka Team, it's Ukraine.

  4. If you mention a team in your pitch deck, those members must also be registered on Colosseum and added to the project team.

  5. Prize tracks – you can select up to 3 tracks relevant to your project.

  6. GitHub repo:

    - Fully filled out (readme, structure, visible commits, etc.)
    - Follow our step-by-step GitHub guide if needed.
    - Your repo must reflect progress made during the hackathon.
    - It must be public (at least during judging).
    - Add the repo link to Colosseum and make sure it works.

  7. Project logo or image – don't skip this.

  8. Pitch video:
    - Use Loom / YouTube / Vimeo to record a pitch.
    - Max length: 3 minutes.
    - Follow our pitch structure and template in the Notion doc "How to submit your project." It's our main criterion.

  9. Technical demo video – also required.
    - Max length: 3 minutes.
    - Use the Notion structure – this is how we score it.

  10. Project Twitter account – required:
    - Add a logo and description and mention that you're part of the Kumeka Team or one of our hubs (Rivne, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Chernivtsi, Ternopil).
    - Post about your product, clearly showing you're part of the Solana Breakout hackathon by Colosseum.
    - Keep Twitter active after submission.

  11. In the Colosseum survey question "How did you hear about the hackathon?" check:
    - Ecosystem organizations (Superteam, mtndao, TURBIN3, etc.)
    - OTHER, and write KUMEKA TEAM.

  12. Hit Submit Project on Colosseum by May 17th, 9:59 AM Kyiv time.
