Join &amp; help us build something amazing together for the next billion users.<h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Create and maintain our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.</li><li>Develop a design charter that encompasses our brand guidelines, including color palettes, typography, and imagery.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media content, and website visuals.</li><li>Translate complex concepts and messages into visually appealing and easily understandable graphics or illustrations.</li><li>Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our visual communication strategy.</li><li>Work closely with stakeholders to understand their design requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet their objectives.</li></ul><h2>Required Skills/Abilities:</h2><ul><li>Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills and a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar applications.</li><li>Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and branding.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, techniques, and industry standards.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards finding innovative design solutions.</li><li>A sense of humor and a knack for meme culture.</li></ul><h4>Logistics</h4><ul><li>We are looking to hire immediately</li><li>This is an onsite role only</li><li>Payment will be made in INR</li><li>This is a 1 month contract for a full-time role based on performance.</li></ul>
