DoKreativ is a product development studio that focuses on building and delivering MVPs faster, helping businesses execute their ideas in the shortest possible time.

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to collaborate with us on an exciting project for one of our clients.

Tech Stack

You'll be building a comprehensive work portal with 14+ integrated components, including CRM, time tracking, project management, and analytics dashboards. The tech stack will include, but not be limited to:

• Front-end: Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI

• Back-end: Node.js, Hono.js, ArkType, R2, BullMQ, Resend

• Auth: Better-auth

• Database: PostgreSQL

• Language: TypeScript

• Additional tools: Git, RESTful APIs

Evaluation Criteria

Applicants will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Demonstrated proficiency in full-stack development

• Previous experience in building scalable and secure web applications

• Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices in web development

• Can implement a responsive design that is compatible with most devices and browsers

• Portfolio showcasing similar projects

• Experience with complex database schemas

• API integration experience

• Code quality and best practices

Estimated Time to Complete

The project is expected to be completed within 10 weeks (4-week milestone + 6-week final delivery). The timeline should account for development, testing, and any potential revisions.

Note: The selected candidate may be required to participate in regular progress meetings and provide timely updates on the project's status

Bonus Opportunity: Exceptional performance may lead to additional projects and higher rates in our growing client portfolio.

Payment Logistics: 

• 40% on the completion of the first milestone (~4 weeks)

• 60% on the completion of the final scope of the project (~6 weeks)
