Proactive Contract DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer (SRE). You will play a critical role in designing, building, automating, and operating the infrastructure that powers our blockchain data aggregation platform. You'll ensure the reliability, scalability, performance, and security of systems that interact directly with various blockchain nodes and handle significant data throughput. This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, monitoring, and a strong understanding (or keen interest in learning) of the blockchain/Web3 space.

Job Description: Architect and build scalable, reliable environments to host our blockchain platform.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

• Direct experience deploying, managing, and monitoring blockchain nodes (full nodes, archive nodes, validators).

• Experience with infrastructure supporting large-scale data processing, databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).

• Familiarity with Web3 specific infrastructure tools and services.

• Experience with security hardening for cloud and blockchain environments.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator).

Job Scope

• Automation & CI/CD
  Automate deployments, testing, and configuration changes for both application code and blockchain nodes.

• Monitoring, Alerting & Incident Response
  Set up end‑to‑end observability; define alerts and lead on‑call processes to troubleshoot issues quickly.

• Performance Optimization & Cost Management
  Tune systems for throughput and latency; monitor resource usage and optimize for cost efficiency.

• Security & Compliance
  Apply best practices for network, identity, and data security; ensure adherence to relevant standards.

• Collaboration & Documentation
  Work closely with engineering and product teams; maintain clear architecture diagrams, runbooks, and guides.

• Continuous Learning & Innovation
  Stay current on DevOps/SRE and Web3 trends; introduce new tools and mentor teammates.

Payment Logistics: 

• 25% on agreed upon checkpoint

• 25% on mid-point stage (mainnet testing)

• 50% once project scope has been completed or upon extension.
