Key Responsibilities:

1. Discord Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our server, including moderating discussions, ensuring an organized structure, and fostering an active, welcoming environment.

2. Community Growth: Implement strategies to attract new members, retain current ones, and drive engagement.

3. Event Hosting: Plan and execute cross-community events such as gaming nights, tournaments, and other engaging activities to promote collaboration and interaction.

4. Collaboration: Partner with other projects and communities on Discord to create synergy and shared events, boosting visibility and connections.
   

Requirements:

1. Proven experience managing and scaling Discord communities.

2. Successful track record in Web3 or gaming projects with demonstrable results.

3. Ability to independently organize events and grow community engagement through creative and strategic initiatives.

4. Strong organizational skills and self-motivation to deliver results in a remote work environment.
