LocationJapan (preferably Tokyo) Seniority4+ years of experience<h3>Responsibilities</h3>Your role is to lead the go-to-market of Crossmint in Japan and, potentially, in South Korea and other Asian countries. More concretely:<ul><li>Lead Crossmint’s growth strategy for Japan and other Asian regions.</li><li>Identify and prioritize opportunities with enterprise customers (top priority), and start-ups.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with enterprise clients and partners.</li><li>Understand the specific needs of enterprise clients and propose solutions that meet those needs.</li><li>Execute enterprise sales end-to-end, including negotiating contracts and closing agreements.</li><li>Execute growth-hacks and local marketing campaigns to drive regional brand awareness.</li><li>Be a domain expert: know the market, regulations, competitors, and clients.</li><li>Be Crossmint’s representative in the region.
