Wootzapp is looking to hire a Android C++ NDK intern. This will initially be a 3-month role, with the potential to become a longer-term contract.

Scope of work

1. Developing our Chromium based browsers for Android & iOS using C++, Rust, Java, iOS
2. Developing other privacy software using NDK (Native Development Kit)
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Chromium and other areas of our software stack
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Chromium and C++, and apply this knowledge to our products

Ideal Candidate

You will be a good fit if you:

• have demonstrable work in Android and C++. We will not be able to support beginners in Android or C++. Please share your github profile demonstrating this work

• can work fixed schedules every day. We believe in work life balance and so generally work normal office hours (With flexibility). Generally a lot of our interns choose to work from 12 pm to 7 pm.

Payment Terms

• The prize range mentioned here is for the entire duration of the Project (3 months)

• Payments will be made on a monthly basis — to be paid at the beginning of each month for the previous month's work.
